Valley Foods, Inc. has recognized the need to provide an ordering system that is designed to simplify the process of requesting rations, and greatly reduce or eliminate costly mistakes and waste; at the same time provide quality class one support for the soldiers. Our program is somewhat unique to what is customarily offered by other vendors. In short, we use our customer’s recipes and menus to build a database of line items, meals and condiments. When placing an order, all we need is the headcount and the menu number. We calculate their needs, split cases, and pack their order with dry, refrigerated, and frozen separately. These are then delivered to the units on our trucks (if applicable).

Our system will calculate the quantity of items needed and generate an order confirmation, purchase reports, picking papers, labels, load sheets, delivery receipts, and invoices. Furthermore, we will charge you by the head count, not the line item, and guarantee that price for 1 full year. Each unit will still have the ability to add items (with approval) such as condiments and have guaranteed stable pricing. Likewise, each unit will be able to delete items from the issue with credits given in the same manner. Additions or deletions to the menus will use contracted line item prices.

All delivery receipts are rolled up into one invoice, which can then be paid by credit card or electronic fund transfer.
