Each meal is made to order with high-quality brand-name meats, cheeses, and breads and is packaged under HACCP regulations to ensure product integrity. Each meal has an ingredient label, a use-by date and a NAPA number; shipping cases are also individually dated. Random microbiological testing assures ongoing quality.
