Under
the Giovanni’s label, Valley Foodsystems packages the traditional-recipe
soups that were made popular in our early catering business. Our
Homemade Italian Wedding Soup and our delicious Italian Pasta e Fagioli
were both created by Lena Valley from a recipe she brought from Italy.
They are cooked to perfection in our state-of-the-art 30,000 square
foot commissary, quick-frozen to maintain that fresh, homemade taste,
and are available for wholesale or retail markets.
