Valley Foodsystems produces meals to enable rescue agencies to respond immrdiately to natural
disasters with nutritious food for victims. Our nine-month shelf-stable meals help to meet the challenge of shifting populations and changing demands after a disaster strikes. During the 2005 hurricane season,
Valley Foodsystems responded to the victims of hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma, manufacturing and suppling approximately 1.5 million meals. More recently, we supplied 500,000 meals to the victims of hurricanes Ike and Gustav.
