Valley Foodsystems produces frozen and shelf-stable meals to prepare for disaster and to quickly respond when it strikes. With the newest addition of our two-and-one-half-year shelf-stable meal kits, relief agencies have the peace of mind knowing that any product that may not be used this year is still fresh and available for use next year, eliminating the risk or cost of waste. Valley Foodsystems’ high-quality fresh or frozen meals are also popular with disaster restoration teams. As with all of our meals, the contents of each meal kit are proudly made in the U.S.A.; kits are assembled on-site and made to order.

During the 2005 hurricane season, Valley Foodsystems responded to the victims of hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma, manufacturing approximately 1.5 million meals. More recently, we supplied 500,000 meals to the victims of hurricanes Ike and Gustav. In addition, we provided fresh and frozen meals for workers who aided in the disaster restoration.
